This Is the Last Time They'll Look Exactly Like This.
You have watched them become who they are. The late nights, the hard years, the quiet moments when you caught a glimpse of the person they were turning into. And now here you are — senior year — and it is moving so fast you can barely breathe.
I want to make photographs that stop time.
Not the stiff cap-and-gown shot in front of a gray backdrop. Not the forced smile that looks like every other senior portrait you have ever seen. I want to photograph the way the wind catches their hair. The way they close their eyes in a field of flowers and for just a moment, they are completely themselves. The hope in their eyes that they do not even know is there yet. The wildness. The openness. The version of them that exists right now, at the edge of everything.
That is what I am here to capture.
What These Sessions Look Like
These are not studio sessions. We go somewhere that feels like them — a golden field, a wooded trail, a quiet lakefront, a downtown street at golden hour. I follow their lead. I do not pose them into something they are not. I watch, I wait, and I photograph the real moments in between.
The result is images that look like a dream they actually lived. Images you will frame. Images they will look back at in twenty years and feel something.
Who This Is For
This is for the senior who rolls their eyes at the word "photoshoot" — and ends up having the best afternoon of their year.
This is for the mom who wants something more than a yearbook photo. Who wants to remember exactly who her child was at 17 or 18 — the laugh, the light, the way they looked before the whole world opened up and changed them.
This is for families in Arlington Heights, Palatine, Barrington, Northbrook, Wilmette, Winnetka, Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg, Glenview, Inverness, and the surrounding Chicago North and Northwest suburbs who want portraits that feel like art, not obligation.

The Photographs You Will Keep Forever
Hair in the wind. Eyes closed, face tilted toward the sun. Laughing so hard they forgot the camera was there. Sitting in a field of wildflowers looking like they belong in a film.
These are the images that end up on your wall. The ones you show at their graduation party. The ones you cry over quietly when they leave for college.
I photograph seniors all across the Chicago suburbs — from Arlington Heights and Barrington to the North Shore — and every single session feels like a story. Because it is.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do senior sessions take place?
Wherever feels right for your senior. I work with families across the Chicago North and Northwest suburbs — Arlington Heights, Barrington, Northbrook, Wilmette, Winnetka, and beyond. We can use a location you already love, or I can suggest spots that photograph beautifully for this style of session.
How many photos will we receive?
You will receive a full private gallery of 40–60 professionally edited images, delivered in high resolution within two weeks of your session. Every image is ready for printing, announcements, and framing.
How many outfits can my senior wear?
As many as they want — I encourage it. Most seniors bring 2–3 outfits to give the gallery variety. Something casual, something a little more dressed up, and anything in between. We can talk through ideas when you reach out.
When should we book?
The sooner the better. Senior sessions book out weeks in advance, especially in late summer and fall. I only take a limited number of senior sessions each season, so if you have a date in mind, reach out now to check availability.
What should my senior wear?
Whatever feels like them. Flowy dresses, jeans and a linen top, a favorite jacket — anything that reflects their personality. Avoid busy patterns or logos. I will send you a full style guide when you book.
How much do senior sessions cost?
Sessions start at $500 and include your full gallery of edited high-resolution images. Reach out and I will send you complete session details.
